In 1987, fascinated with textile design, Spaniard Nani Marquina established her brand specialising in rugs and home textiles. Hailed a visionary, Nani Marquina also works with other designers to create hand-made, ethically produced collections in India. With colour inspirations drawn from southern African tribal colours Nani’s round and rectangular rug collections also include the use of ethnic patterns and killim textures.
