1. The ‘Promoter’ is Terrace Tower Management Pty. Ltd. (includes Supa Centa Belrose, Moore Park and Tuggerah).

2. An application form must be submitted with all details completed including signature by parent/guardian.

3. Entry to the Membership Program is allowed only by the agreement to these Terms and Conditions.

4. To join Supa Kids, a person must:

1. a) be a resident of Australia
2. b) be aged under 12
3. c) fill in the application form and have it signed by their parent or guardian

5. By becoming a member of Supa Kids, you agree to participate in any publicity arrangements made by or on the behalf of the Promoter in relation to this Club. Approval from the member will be sort by the Promoter for any publicity where the use of the members’ photo(s) or name(s) is used.

6. Any promotional gifts are while stocks last and are at the final discretion of the promoter.

7. The member agrees to receive promotional and marketing material that the Membership Program may forward via electronic or other means.

8. The Promoter will not be responsible for delayed, lost or misdirected mail or any other communication.

9. To the extent permissible by law, members release the Promoter from any causes of action, loss, liability, damage, expense (including any claim for legal expenses), cost or charge sustained or in any way incurred, as a result of participation in this Promotion.

10. The Promoter's decision in relation to all aspects of the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

11. The Promoter may in absolute discretion change, amend or vary these Terms and Conditions.

13. During the course of the Promotion, the Promoter will collect personal information in relation to becoming a new member.

14. By becoming a member of Supa Kids you consent to the information obtained being entered into a database and the Promoter may use this information, in any media for furture promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further referene or payment or any other compensation to you.

15. All information collected by the Promoter from the application form will be sorted on a database in the office of the Promoter. Any request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to that office. Upon the individuals’ request, all information provided will be removed, please email the Group Marketing Manager at info@ttgroup.co or write to Terrace Tower Group, Level 17, 80 William Street East Sydney, NSW 2011. Information will be removed as soon as reasonably possible.
